Google’s new product dramatically improves brand exposure to millions of high-intent customers, as scheduling, route, and ticketing information are now placed directly within the first few search results for key searches, such as “Autobús Ciudad Victoria a Monterrey”.

The prime search result placement, combined with our seamless ticketing links, transforms interested users to paying customers with one of the fastest search-to-book flows in the industry.

Simply put, this newly launched innovation has the potential to fundamentally shift the way ground transportation is searched for and purchased in Mexico and around the world.

Distribusion's World Schedules Technology, developed and fine tuned over a number of years, enables our carrier and retailer partners to connect to Google Maps and the new Google.com intercity bus module without technical effort or investment.

More than 250 of the biggest names in the global transportation industry already trust us to deliver the high quality technical solution and performance capability required by Google to be a part of this incredible opportunity.

We are delighted that ADO, Transpais, and IAMSA are among the first three carriers from Mexico to place their content live on Google using our technology and will be featured on the new Google bus travel module.

“I'm very excited about this new search feature that Google has launched that will allow ADO to continue to stay top of mind for our customers. Thanks to Distribusion Technologies for helping us with all of the data and tech solutions that will allow us to leverage this new feature and turn this solution into a reality. “
Yazmin Castillo, Director of E-commerce and Digital Marketing, Mobility ADO

These new technological innovations were unveiled in person on November 8, where many of the country’s biggest intercity bus operators were gathered first hand to explore these new opportunities, network with their peers, and continue the support of an industry-wide digital transformation.

“I found the Google Travel event to be incredibly insightful and would like to thank the team at Distribusion Technologies for the opportunity. Thanks to our partnership, I was able to learn about the different tools and strategies with the Google suite that will help us further optimise our e-commerce strategy”
Sergio Eduardo Rodriguez, Director of New Business, Transpais

With more than 70% of travel bookings beginning with an online search, Google is becoming the go-to destination for guests to discover, research, and plan their travel. More and more features are being developed within the Mexican market given that tourism in Mexico has grown 50% vs its peak in September 2019.

We would like to thank our friends at Google for the continued partnership and for hosting a fantastic event with so many influential carriers and retailers in the Mexican bus industry.
